newbie with a new puppy!

hello everyone!! this is my first dane puppy. shes a mantle, shes beautiful and her name is lucy. my last dane was a rescued merle. altho it was very difficult handling her with her past, and dealing with her issues with men and her being afraid of children she sold me on the dane breed. i adored the way she "nosed" everything and of course, the way she would lean on me and the way she would sit on the couch! with only her butt on it! i am so glad to see those things coming out in the puppy. so, i am very excited to have found all of you. i look forward to all of your advice and stories.

Congrats on the new pup! My Bree is 4 months old. She's a mix, but she doesn't know that. She definitely has the Dane personality!

I've only been a member of DOL for about a month, and have already learned sooo much from everyone! You'll love it here!
