Tyla will be 10 weeks old tomorrow and some days her white seems to be really pink. Anybody else who is familiar with harls know about this? Yesterday her face, ears and feet seemed REALLY pink but this morning she was back to normal. What causes this?

Not too much sun around here lately, rainy and dreary.

I am definately not an expert(or even well educated for that matter), but I have a cat that is mostly white and when he is very happy his pink nose and feet turn an even brighter shade of pink. It is almost like he is blushing and the pink shows right through the white fur.

Could it be some allergic reaction???? Have never heard of this, other than the - I believe - Pharaoh Hound whose ears are said to turn pinkish when happy or excited? How often and under what circumstances does this happen?

My harl girl looks pinkish sometimes, but I just assumed it was her pink skin showing through her white coat. It was thin at the time. Haven't noticed it lately.

We haven't noticed it too much lately. Some days her hind legs and face just look more pink than other days. I asked the vet about it and he said not to be too concerned.
