Hi I can post now yay! My boy Brutus is a 4 month old Harl he is a great puppy a little timid, but he is getting better. The vacaum scares him to death, but croeds af people move pots a pans he is fine with. Sillly boy:)

Be sure to get to a puppy kindergarten class with that cute little charge of yours. It's extremely important to get him positively socialized. :)

Don't know how you react to him when he is timid, but don't coddle him at all. Trying to reassure him with pats and soft words actually reinforce his timid behavior. That is the typical reaction to timid behavior by most owners, so please don't take offense.

If you're not yet familiar with the recommended nutrition for Dane pups, spend some time reading the diet section on this forum. Most vets steer giant breed owners in the wrong direction.
