need help finding good ear crop vet near DE

Hi I am looking into getting a dane and not sure wether we want to crop his ears or not but want to find a good vet that does them, so I can explore both options.
I had a dobie one of the easiest dogs to crop and the vet here messed up so I am looking into finding a good ear crop vet.

When you buy your puppy from an established breeder, the breeder has the cropping done before you pick up the pup. This is especially true when you buy a pet quality puppy from a well-established show breeder. This way is a lot easier for the puppy owner and spares the heartbreak of a less-than-wonderful crop. mp
