New Puppy - Draco

Hi All !!

Well I haven't posted in awhile, but Saturday we picked up our new little boy. He's 8 weeks old, almost solid black, except for the tinest white line on his chest. He's our Bronsons'(who past away last year) Great Nephew. Harley our soon to be 8 year old Fawn, is already watchful over Draco. Its been 10 years since we had a puppy around, last one being Bronson. We got Harley at 6 months old. Its harder then I remember.......... but he's worth it!!!!
Now to go and add Draco to my signature........

Congrats! :o :o :o It must be so exciting. It has been along time since I have had a puppy. I adopted Nixon when he was 9 months old, still a puppy but not at that "puppy stage".

Congrats on your baby. How are you doing? He's 12 wks now? Hope your still snapping pics of your sweety so we can see them someday (hint hint :7 ) I too didn't remember how hard a puppy can be. I hadn't had one since my teen years (and lets face it everything is easy in your teen yrs right? ) How nice that you got a pup that was related to your beloved. I'm hoping my breeder never "retires" from breeding as I want ALL my pups from her. :7

Hi !!

Draco is a MONSTER !! Its been over a month, and boy did I forget the puppy stage !! The only place Harley has to get away from Draco so far is the bed, but he'll be losing that spot pretty soon.... Draco is determined to be Harleys shadow. But Harley does like him, Harley was never much of a toy player, but he LOVES to pick up one of the stuff toys and tease Draco with it. He's up to 45 lbs, picking on Harley at 158 lbs. Its cute to watch. We've seen a few traits of Bronsons in Draco. For instance his balding spot on his tail, same spot. (I know other Danes get it too) but its just the idea. And Draco likes water, Harley will not even get a toe nail into the lake.
Well thats it for now, we are taking alot of pictures, I'll get them up soon.......
