AKC registerable?

My two danes just had a litter.
As I am saling them, someone wondered if the father is papered but the mother isn't can they still quaifity their new puppy as AKC due to the father has papers?

Can someone help me with this answer?

No, you can't get registration papers on them. Both parents have to be AKC registered before the pups can be.

It is recommended you promptly consult your veterinarian for an
exam and advice concerning needed follow up vaccinations. The
animal may be examined by a veterinarian of the Buyer's choice
within 72 hours of purchase with all sales being final after 72
hours. A full refund will be given for any animal found
unsatisfactory by veterinary exam within the first 72 hours. No
other guarantee will be given. The Buyer understands that this
puppy is to be neutered by 6 months of age. A full refund of the
expenses incurred for neutering will be given to the Buyer by the
Seller upon presentation of an itemized bill for the veterinary
services performed. The Buyer agrees that this dog wil NOT be bred.

The Buyer agrees and bind himself/herself to take good and
reasonable care of the dog, feed and house the dog properly,
control the dog on lead when off the owner's premises and to house
and control the dog properly on premises to avoid the loss by
theft, escape (running away), or otherwise negligent care. Under
no circumstances is the dog to be chained or to ride unsecured in
an open vehicle. The Buyer agrees to notify the Seller of an change
of address. The Buyer further agrees that the dog will not be sold
or given away without prior written notification to the original
Seller, who shall remain charged wth the responsibility as a
breeder of this dog for its disposal and welfare. The dog shall
therefore be returned to the Seller/breeder if the Buyer/owner can
no longer care for it.

No guarantee against accident or sickness not contracted on the
seller's premises. No veterinary bills, freight or shipping charges
will be paid by the seller unless otherwise stated in this
contract. It is further understood that failure to comply with the
conditions of this contract will result in the animal being
returned to the Seller permanently at no cost to the seller, and
that all medical and other relevant records will accompany the
animal upon its return. This agreement shall be governed by the
laws of the state of **** to the exclusion of any other forum and
constitute the entire agreement between the signed parties.
