Any issue with this? We're feeding our new pup kibble at the moment, but will switch him to a raw diet eventually.

We've got some close friends that own a local dog treat bakery (I guess that's what it's called), but our little guy doesn't seem to like any of the basic treats. He went crazy for a little piece of smoked salmon though, which in my mind is indicative of his good taste!

Just want to make sure there's nothing wrong with this that I'm not aware of before I give him any more.

Thanks!

It is perfectly safe just watch the sodium content in it as some smoked salmon can be exceptionally salty.

This made me laugh http://askville.pgpartner.com/search_getprod.php?masterid=725843842&fd=1

"Made with wild Alaskan salmon, this hot dog is perfect for vegetarians, children, and hot dog lovers of all ages."

WTF? heh.

I guess they mean pescatarians.

Check out Wildside Salmon. Its freeze-dried salmon bits for pets. This would be a healthier option.
