Need a good Orthepedic surgeon

I just found out my 15 month old was limping from HD and I need a good vet in nortwest fl (panhandle) that performs very good surgeries for HD. My vet don't do them and from what she said none around here do that kind of surgeries. I live north of Crestview Fl. I would like to know anyone else went thru this with their dog too (surgery) and how did they do. I am worried to death and crying alot. Just found out yesterday..Thanks

Our Annie had a hip replacement before she was 18 months old. She is 3 1/2 now and doing well. We took her to Idaho to be treated by Dr. Randy Acker.
